1. Turn the protruding part of the needle protection cap clockwise. Don’t pull, just turn! |

2. Take the lancet as shown in the picture. Press the lancet firmly against the treated puncture site and press the round trigger button. |

3. Immediately after piercing the skin, place the lancet in a waste container. |
